Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

At Melynt, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and platform requirements (such as Meta/Facebook), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data associated with our platform.

How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your data from Melynt using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Via Account Settings (Instant)

The fastest way to remove your data is directly through your dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Melynt account at melynt.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings from the sidebar.
  3. Select the Data & Compliance tab.
  4. Scroll down to the "Delete Company & All Data" section.
  5. Click the Delete All Data button and confirm the action.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All leads, campaigns, and employee records will be wiped.

Option 2: Email Request (Manual)

If you cannot access your account or prefer a manual deletion, please send an email to our support team:

Support Email:Help@melynt.com

Please include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and provide the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 7-14 business days.

Step-by-step for Facebook App Deletion

If you have connected your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account to Melynt and wish to remove the app/data access, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
  2. Search for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with Facebook.
  3. Search and click Melynt CRM in the search bar.
  4. Scroll and click Remove.
  5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and can request deletion of any remaining data by following "Option 2" above.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon a successful deletion request, we remove:

  • Personal identification (Name, Email, Phone).
  • All uploaded Lead Lists and Contact details.
  • Facebook/Instagram OAuth Access Tokens.
  • Campaign statistics and history.
  • Employee accounts and permissions.
